Introduction

We analyze the effect of risk attitude which is easy to be ignored ,on China’s unemployment, find that the higher risk taking level the worker has,the occupation he preferred has higher income and career risk.Job searching scope can restrict risk attitude’s effect.We verify this theory by using China cities’data.Risk attitude has significant positive correlation with wage.The income gap divided by education level,occupation,sex is somehow determined by worker’s different risk taking level.At last,we use IV to fix the endogeneity problem.
