[Questions] 请问chip2007、2008的数据是否没有北京的受访者？

您好。我是一名博士研究生。现在使用贵院chip数据。在使用2007、2008年数据时，发现好像缺少北京的受访者。但是贵网站的界面（http://www.ciidbnu.org/chip/chips.asp?year=2007）中称：

城镇和农村样本来自国家统计局每年的常规住户调查大样本库，根据两个原则抽取：（1）地区代表性，北京和上海作为中国大都市的代表；辽宁、江苏、浙江、福建和广东用来代表东部地区；山西、安徽、河北、河南、湖北和湖南代表中部地区；重庆、四川、云南和甘肃代表西部地区；（2）随机抽样原则，子样本的选取严格按照随机原则从大样本中选取，保证对大样本中所涉及省份的覆盖。

两者之间似乎有冲突。不知是不是我理解错了。请问数据中是否包括北京受访者？很希望能够告知。

受协议限制，部分数据没有权限公开。

谢谢老师。 那么也就是说，原来调查的时候有，但是公开的时候，没有放入北京这一部分调查者的数据。是否这样？

是这个意思的。数据平台需要遵守各方协议。
