[Questions] MHS中C187 关于流动人口城市留居倾向的编码问题

 您好，我想请问一下关于流动人口调查问卷中，关于流动人口城市留居倾向的coding。 

在问卷中，问题C187 ---如果城里政策允许，您会在城里呆多久？有5个选项：（1）1年；（2）1-3年；（3）3年以上；（4）一直呆下去；（5）不知道

然而在数据文件中，C187的答案选项编码为： （1）1 year; (2) 1-3 years; (3) forever; (4) not sure; (5) don't know， 主要区别在于（3） 和（4）。

对于（3）和（4）的编码应当采用问卷上的，还是数据文件中的，对于流动人口的城市居留意向会有很大的不同。
