[Questions] 2007年城镇数据个人最高教育程度

 老师你好！

        CHIPS2007数据，数据集UHS_w1_abc中变量b02。问卷里面是指个人完成的最高教育程度，但变量标签却是正式受教育年数？并且该变量缺失值较多（20.54%）。请问是不是数据清理时有错误，谢谢。

变量含义请以问卷为准，数据里的标签可能有误。谢谢！

这个问题只问16岁以上的成年人，有缺失值很正常。

2007年城镇数据UHS_w1_abc里，受教育程度b02和受教育年限b03貌似不太符合常识，b02受教育程度极少有高中以上学历，B03受教育年限高达35年。请问这两个变量究竟该如何解读呢？
