[Questions] CHIP2008城市样本缺失值太多，以及CHIP2007城市数据无法下载

 你好，我在使用数据的时候发现两个问题：

1.CHIP2008年城市样本中关于社会保险的部分c09-c12缺失值在7747左右，具体是拒绝回答还是什么呢？我查阅了其他的问题，可能这方面的回答是跟上一年一致，所以直接编为缺失值了？（也就是说城市样本也是2007年的追踪样本）

2.如果城市样本也是追踪样本的话，我尝试下载CHIP2007年的城市数据，发现下载后无法解压，原始页面也找不到，但同一页面（http://ciid.bnu.edu.cn/chip/chips.asp?year=2007）其他文档都可以正常下载和解压。麻烦检查一下，或者告诉我在哪里可以下到这个数据可以吗？

CHIP2008年的城镇样本确实是追踪数据，一部分变量的缺失信息可以从前一年城镇数据中获得。

CHIP2007的城镇数据应该是可以解压缩的，请您重新下载一次再试试。
