[Questions] 区县代码与GB码无法匹配

我在使用CHIP数据过程中发现一系列区县代码与国标码无法对应的情况。 举一个例子，2013年最新的CHIP中有五个COUNTY代码在2013年的GB中找不到对应： 320323 320899 321284 370802 500222 类似的情况在历年CHIP数据中均有出现。 这些无法对应的县是因为CHIP在数据录入过程中录错了代码，还是说我不应该用2013年的GB码？如果不应该用2013年GB码的话，应该用哪一年的GB码？应该如何保证匹配的准确性呢？ 谢谢
