[Questions] CHIP 1995 城市编码

您好！

我第一次使用CHIP1995的数据，关于城镇数据部分的城市编码有一些疑问。

1995年的数据里，家庭编码N1不像其他几年的CHIP一样（前两位是省份，前四位是市级行政区，前六位是区／县级行政区），1995年的CHIP里城市COUNTY只有两位，是否表明这些都是市级行政区？另外，应该如何根据国家统计局的行政区划分编码，来对应出每个城市的名称？

您好！CHIP1995城镇家庭数据中，N1的前两位是省级代码；前四位是城市代码。一般可以根据国家统计局在相应年份的地区行政代码来匹配。County是用于标记的代码，不能用于匹配。可参考：http://www.stats.gov.cn/tjsj/tjbz/xzqhdm/

我尝试用1995年CHIP中的N1的前四位和1995年的区划行政代码对应，还是有很多冲突。比如，北京市辖区的代码应该是1101，在其他年份的CHIP中也一直是1101，可是在1995年的CHIP中，北京市辖区是1111。这样的冲突在其他省份也都有，比如南京一般应该是3201，但在1995年的CHIP中没有3201，只有3211 。不知道1995年的CHIP城市代码是否使用了不用往年的编码规则？
